Has anybody heard of a brain controlled interface?

Apple is working on one.  In news reports, it sounded like a new phone app that could read your mind.  Well, not quite unless the necessary implant is in your brain for it.

There was that thing on 60 minutes about new tech enabling paralyzed people regaining some use of their limbs via computer signals/implant
