1938_Packard Posted March 9, 2017 Posted March 9, 2017 Former Knights of Columbus Hotel in Atlantic City, NJ. Totally stripped to the rafters - a big, hollow shell capable of holding at least twenty large apartments. All asbestos, lead and other chemical toxins thoroughly removed. You remove the mildew. Had been up for sale on a real estate web page for two years, no takers. Commercially zoned for everything from an office complex to a time share resort. Keep the shell or just bulldoze the whole thing to build something new. Kicking out the squatters is YOUR problem.
