MEXobiologist Posted February 28, 2017 Author Posted February 28, 2017 Ah lactose intorant not exactly last year i found that farm fresh milk does not bother me in the least my older brother encouraged me to try as he has the same problems... idk something happens in processing milk that causes lactose damage... or something, which i can not process. same goes with ice cream but i'm not really sure i can do much about that outside of testing out making my own. cheese has never been an issue.
