why? on thursday i purchased final fantasy X/X-2 for $24.99 but no matter what i did...it just wouldn't download at all and none of the solutions i was given worked whatsoever

so all i could do was request a refund and I'm gonna hear back about it in A E-Mail 2-3 days from now(telling me if my request for a refund has been accepted or denied)
