death_by_motorboat
the joke when stewie is bent on controlling some of his vocabulary pet peeves, he uses three examples of phrases that are very annoying to him and he thinks they should be shunned from english. they are: "irregardless" "a whole nother" and "all of the sudden" seeing this joke portrayed in front of such a huge audience like family guys, and thinking about it a little here and there for a while, i realized that "all of the sudden" and "all of a sudden" really arent nearly as different or as unacceptable to exchange as the other two. structurally not enough going on there to point out, yes annoying a little because its not the exact phrase we are used to in conversation, but grammatically correct and not as strange and unacceptable as the other two.
