I totally lost $6.99 to a scammer. they were selling a chinese brand listed under the lie that a Two Way radio was also a scanner,.......... but it not is the scam! for $16.99 i bought it. it came with the discovery that you need a cd and usb cord to program it. so i had buy it for $6.99 to see if it worked out. and it wasnt even a scanner. just a 16 channel walkie talkie. i was bummed but what do you expect i might buy another just for the pair.
