fuggnificent Posted December 7, 2017 Share Posted December 7, 2017 they were mostly easy but i also calmed down an upset agent. agents are known for being the nastiest calls and are greatly feared. i calmed her down and got her to agree to wait 7 more days for processing. everyone in class for real clapped when i said this lol i took calls cuz i dont kno how to navigate the systems yet which is what we were supposed to be doing. i refused becuz they havent taught us that yet so i just answered calls while someone else navigated. she said i sounded better than her...my goal is to yeah. sound better...also be better and fill up the place with better reps because most of the reps there are in under their heads and are just winging it. i actually understand what im talking abt.
