It's really quite weird that it did, with that epic insert music during part of the fight!

This one recovered slightly in the ratings but in fact didn't really have very much action at all, as it was kind of a "Transitional" episode from Perfect Cell to The Cell Games.

 

Dawww...16 might be a stone cold machine but he still loves animals!
