Steins;Gate is a great suspense thriller too, if you can get past the slice-of-life moments.

Expext John Oliver to rip FUNi and MHA a new asshole Sunday.
Thanks for making me watch a video that absolutely has nothing ever to do with either Funimation or MHA.

Good. That gives all the righteous people more time to blithely ignore it.
You know, while I completely understand the appeal of Klein, I don't think a show featuring him would be much more exciting than SAO. He's supposed to be your everyman who got trapped inside the game and was the only sane person while people were dying... but that's largely all he is. It comes down to being as bland and inoffensive of a character as possible, and I don't think that would translate to an exciting story.
Then maybe a gag manga as a side story.

You don't need to watch Black Clover (which, BTW, you dropped at 20) to know how it's doing via the ratings thread.
And I said I do NOT watch Black Clover.
And you think I would care to even look up when I stopped watching it?

... then shouldn't these be talked about in
..... the other sections?

People are out Saturday during the day. I actually do NOT have high hopes for the ratings under this move.

... you act like this is new news and that you didn't see the livestream Toonami held during SDCC on its panel. That's where they first announced it. It was coincidentally 5 minutes before the block started! It's the reason I got banned from the Toonami Discord for a day!

Have you not noticed how often BC beats HxH in the overall ratings? Even if that isn't the reason, it's enough to help me understand.
(And please quit spelling "are" as "r". It's not cute, and it's not funny.)
No because, as you should know by now, I fuckin hate it and stopped watching it past Episode 25!

More points:
- Samurai Jack returns at the end of the block, I assume that's Season 5. Though I never watch that late.
- .... why the hell r they switching the airtimes of Hunter x Hunter and Black Clover?? I don't see any reason for this.

Hahahah he bowed so hard, he broke the edge of the dinner table! "Oh god am I quoting Goku!?"

52 episodes too many.
Well, unless Oberon returns. As the main character. If that were the case then I'd watch in a heartbeat.
Klein: The Anime.
THAT would be one harem protagonist I wouldn't have a problem with.

PROS
LONGER BLOCK YEEEAH BABY!!!!
I can skip 9 because it's a Kai rerun, and I follow the simuldub of MHA already, so I will see all the episodes way before they air on Toonami. And I couldn't care FUCKIN LESS of anything in the Narutoverse so I can skip those too. This is all dependent as long as these shows are in these timeslots, so it could always change.
CONS
Even less of a chance I'll be able to join you guys at the front of the block every week. Weekends are valuable for everyone, and the reason I can catch it at the beginning at all, and have for years, is because all my daily routines are finished by 10 PM.
MHA even earlier. I still love it to death and would love any chance to support its run on TV, but with this timeslot is so early I will feel bad missing it.
I fuckin hate the Narutoverse, as I said, and the fact that it's once again becoming the new darling for Toonami is predictable but frustrating.
Toonami taking over Adult Swim on weekends and now the weeknights too, further shows how little trust the network has on their sister network.

Another show that seemed to have beaten every show on the block, and which coincidentally is on the same channel, is the premiere of Total Drama-rama. Which makes sense, considering it's a long-awaited return of a franchise to CN, and it's a show premiere this week anyway.

It's that time of year again: time to predict which shows Toonami will be running ALL NIGHT on holiday weekends throughout the rest of the year!
Here's my predictions:
- Pop Team Epic: Halloween (October 27th)
- Attack on Titan Season 3 Part 1: Thanksgiving (November 24th)
- My Hero Academia Season 2 Part 1: Christmas (December 22nd)
- FLCL Progressive/Alternative: New Year's (December 29th)
I'm on the fence that they would PTE a marathon. I mean ..... fuckin PTE all night?? How kookie would that be? I am still trying to get over the shock that PTE is even getting the ratings it alraedy is!
Their premieres are all likely to get marathons. They JUST had a MHA marathon so that has a small chance of getting another, so my choices are FLCL Alternative which will end by Thanksgiving, Aot S3, Jojo, and Dragonball Super.

I suppose there's a point to it. I NEVER go out of the Anime and Manga section on this board unless it's to report a forum bug or issue... and the last time I did that, I got so angry at the ....... well I GUESS you could call them "mods" .... that I wound up leaving for a month and a half.
