I think the dub is fine outside of a few performances. Though I think the director is more to blame than the actual voice actors. What they did with Eren's titan voice was just not very good, a lot of people were making fun of it. As far as the ratings go, it's most likely due to the fact that most people are watching the sub and the show just ended last week. So a lot of people probably don't feel the need to watch the episode again. Though I still have it turned on to support Toonami. The second season is also currently rated higher than the first season on sites like MyAnimeList. So people certainly like the show.

Ugh, I'm sorry, but Bryce Papenbrook is just...not a good fit for Eren. I have a hard time listening to the dub because of him and a few other characters.

I never bother to comment, just never feel like it, but everything you just mentioned Daos has been answered already. Also to be fair a couple of those questions you bring up literally just became questions in the last episode or two. I know the whole 12 episode thing bothers people, mainly due to the 4 year wait, but I can promise you everything you want to know has been answered in the manga. Though I understand most people here are anime only, so I get the frustration. Next episode will answer something pretty major, but that's all I'm going to say on that. If anyone watches the subbed version, you've already seen it and know what I'm talking about.
