Even if he's say 24, he's still a risk to minors, especially if he has game with the ladies. Yeah, he could go to jail for life if he crosses the line. But if you're actually 16 or 17 and already in HS, you don't have to worry about flirting with girls because everything's fair game. I only started thinking about this recently, but isn't that nuts?
