Pho, beef and barley, beef stew, cream of asparagus, and seafood bisque. 

 

Out of all of them the only one I haven't cooked myself is pho, but I plan on making it soon.

pho and seafood bisque are definitely in my top...especially pho. I eat that when I don't feel good and it always helps. I use to be addicted to the broth.

I have yet to find a place that has good seafood bisque near me, which is unfortunate. But there is a place near me that has amazing pho and now I really really want some.

Seafood dishes are hard to perfect, I haven't had a good bisque since I've been in Houston I think like 6 years ago.

Pho though, once it's on the brain you can't stop think about it hehehe

There was a place near where I grew up that made lobster bisque from scratch that was just the best. I remember once they brought out the bowl and it had a lobster claw in it. Some of the best soup I have ever had. Sadly that place is closed now. Which is a shame because it had been around since the 1920s.
