The Witcher went over really well, and there's more than enough material in the ES universe to make a standalone series that doesn't just re-hash the plots of the games, though they totally could and itd still have potential. My only hope is that they stick to the lore, but again with the depth of the universe and the "unreliable narrator" being the main style of history in the games, they could probably make something super out-there and it would still fit. Just so long as they don't have any dwarves past the war of red mountain, and if they set it before then to include the dwarves they better not be short.
