Establishment liberals who believe Biden is going to win are already calling for Trump to not face legal repercussions for his behavior in office for the sake of bipartisan comity.  If you honestly think that Trump ever sees jail time you're a child who thinks the world works like a Marvel movie.

Then there's this....

https://nationalfile.com/exclusive-texas-poll-watcher-testifies-on-2020-voter-fraud-in-houston-has-photos/

“My name is Raymond T. Stewart. I am above the age of eighteen years and am fully competent to make this affidavit. The facts stated in this affidavit are within my personal knowledge and are true and correct.

“I am a 30+ year veteran Texas Peace Officer. I am a volunteer poll watcher for Candidate Andre Hines. On 10/13/2020, at 8:40am, I arrived at polling location Northeast Multi-Services Center, PRCT ID SRD141C, 9720 Spaulding Street, Houston, Texas 77016.”

“I informed the staff that I was a poll watcher for a candidate and had my paperwork. I asked for the precinct judge to sign my required paperwork so I could start work. The precinct judge is identified as April Elmore (Gibson) and she was there but refused to sign my paperwork and she instead directed me to someone inside named Madonna. Madonna signed the paperwork but not in the designated signature line. I then began my work as a poll watcher.”

“I observed several oddities but the most concerning was a table in-between the sign-in tables One and Three. At that table was a large stack of Texas Driver’s Licenses. Staff would come inside from the drive-through voting booth and scan a driver’s license from someone outside and get a ticket and return outside. But sometimes a staff member would search through the stack of driver’s license on the table, then scan it, receive a ticket and also go outside to the drive-through booth. As a Police Officer, I quickly became suspicious that they were committing a crime by having the unattended D.L.’s just sitting on the table and that possible voting crimes were being committed using these forms of ID. Also during this time-frame an employee of the Harris County Attorney’s Office came by and he conversed with April but nothing changed and he departed. Since I was there as a poll watcher and not there as a Police Officer, I just continued to observe and considered how to deal with this situation. About that time a Precinct 1 Constable (Deputy W. Schultz) arrived at the polling location and he happened to be someone I knew professionally. I spoke with the Deputy outside and informed him of what

I had observed. He was amazed and asked for evidence which I provided to him.”

“Unfortunately our conversation was overheard by a staff member in the parking lot. The Deputy went inside the polling location but at this time the driver’s licenses were removed and hidden from the table. The Deputy departed the area apparently to consult with the election taskforce and supervisors. A spoke with him several times that day via phone and in person regarding my observations. At 1:00pm April commanded me to leave the polling location because I had observed and collected evidence and she informed me that “I couldn’t.”

“I have not received any call from any Federal, County nor State official investigating these serious actions and crimes.”

No fraud.....

Fuck self defeating establishment liberals.  If they don’t jail the asshole the country will never trust the Democrats again.  Two years of same old shit and the GOP will run them over and at that point they won’t even bother hiding their plans don’t involve the democratic process anymore.

I'm going to spoil the movie for you and just tell you now they're not going to jail him.  Democrats exist to provide cultural legitimacy to Darwinist economic policies.  That's not served by making people at the top of the hierarchy accountable for their actions.

Well, now with this completely unsubstatiated story revolving around what sounds like a big honkin' pile of nothing has convinced me to join your side despite at least 8 years of treating you like the joke you are.

I'm a conservative now. How do I register? Sign me up, man. By the way, where did you guys get those swastika armbands?

This is the guy who wrote this for the website "nationalfile" which is about 1 year old itself

https://twitter.com/HowleyReporter

He lately his tweets consist of questionable voter fraud claims, needless racial commentary, and rants about "mask normies" and women.

As for Raymond T Stewart who was supposedly a police officer for 30 years, I can't find ANY information on him existing at all. Why is there no affidavit from him?

I found some on this Mark Aguirre guy. He actually is a private investigator, and actually was a police officer, but... he was fired, not retired. Not surprised that his affidavit is linked while Raymond is apparently completely fabricated. I wonder if the pics are fabricated too? Hmmmmmmm

Anyway here's what Mark was fired for:

https://www.convolutedbrian.com/the-great-texas-kmart-raid.html

Quote

In August, 2002 Houston Police planned raids which they claimed were targeting street drag racing. The problem was when they made their raids, no drag racers were found. The Chief of Police was C.O. Bradford, now running for Harris County District Attorney. The raids were planned by Captain Mark Aguirre.

The Houston police did a practice raid at James Coney Island on Saturday, 24 August, 2002. The manager had cooperated with a request to place customers only signs in the parking lot. Captain Aguirre told the restaurant management that the intent was to crack down on drag racers. At 1:15 in the morning, the police attacked with ground forces and a helicopter. They proceeded to arrest people without questioning and without cause. The arrests were for offenses that were citation offenses.

The problem was that most of those arrested were long‑time customers of the restaurant. At least one person was finishing a restaurant meal in the parking lot when she was arrested.

The police arrests continued until 4:30 in the morning. Overall, the arrest toll wasn’t too bad. Only twenty‑five persons were hauled off although more were stranded when drivers were taken away.

The restaurant management was very unhappy since the policy was to cooperate with police only to have innocent customers taken to jail. But, the best was yet to come.

At 12:30 A.M. on Sunday, police conducted a raid for drag racers at the parking lot of Kmart. Again, there were none present, Again, Houston police sought out customers to arrest. This time, the patrons were from Kmart and the Sonic Drive Through Restaurant.

Police handcuffed and jailed 425 people while brandishing shotguns and other weapons. . Youths who had receipts showing a purchase were not allowed to do so. Youths who were eating were taken away. Even a ten‑year‑old girl was separated from her father and arrested although she was far to young to be a drag racer.

People pleaded guilty to get out of jail since they didn’t have bail money. One mother complained that police could not find her son after he was placed in jail.

Many of the arrested were straight A students. None were arrested for drag racing. Parents were not notified that their children were jailed.

The result was lawsuits. In 2005, U.S. District Judge Nancy Atlas termed the tactics by the Houston Police Department “an unjustified, almost totalitarian, regime of suspicionless stops.” These cases are possibly resolved in April, 2008.

That is how it is done in Texas.

This is just an editorial summary of the mass arrest of about 500 innocent people.

Here are the Houston Chronicle stories concerning the raid for the facts in case you think it's fake news:

In the end, the botched raid cost the city:

$165,000 in legal fees to expunge the records of those arrested

$55,000 in overtime investigations

$840,117 in settlements

Mark Aguirre, in charge of the raid, was fired.

Now... He wants $500,000 to investigate voter fraud in texas. With no explanation of how it would be spent, or who else besides him will receive this money. What a loser fraudster.

You can tell I was bored, but all in all, this has been my favorite debunking yet.

@Ginguy When will you realize the alt-right is full of losers with a grudge against the world? Never I'm sure. Maybe it's exactly where you belong.

Imagine how incompetent you have to be as a cop to be fired in Texas.

Then imagine how incompetent you'd have to be use that guy's words as proof of... anything, really.

I doubt that he has the ability to commit perjury, which requires a certain level of intelligence and creativity. This sounds more like he had trouble reading from a prepared script.

I’m looking into early voting I think it starts on the 24th in NY.
there’s a challenge in the Supreme Court to count mail in ballots received after Nov 3 as long as they’re postmarked by that date. I think they’re not going to count as of rn, but honestly, they should.  If ACB is confirmed by then, they probably will stay not counting.
I was just listening to the news getting mad at people that are supporting Trump cuz of what he did in the Middle East. It’s like, are you fuckin kidding me. You live in America ya dumb asses. 🙄

I’m not screwing around with the mail.  I got my ballot, but I’m dropping it off for early voting.  I just feel safer if they receive it and get to count it.

I agree. Best to drop it at an official ballot box. You can check online if they counted your vote yet.

I also did early voting and dropped off my ballot. My states screwy enough with counting votes that I never take chances with going the day-of.

And it’s already rough enough not voting in-person, but it was scary enough voting in-person during the primary when COVID-19 was picking up. That and I had a positive impression with dropping off the ballot mailed to me, so it’s something I could see myself doing often if the circumstances for voting in-person are limited in any way.

So about 4 hours after poof made this post....

The quoted section is an affidavit from a 30+ yr police officer. I doubt he would commit perjury.

Ginguy pretended it didn't exist and posted this one.^^^

100% verifiable proof he does not argue in good faith. Lives and dies for the negative attention. Literally no point in posting at him (for most of us, it literally is "at" him, not "with" him).

John Ratcliffe says the Hunter Biden laptop isn’t part of a Russian disinformation campaign. Only thing is who the fuck can even trust anything he says.  He throws accusations that the democrats are politicizing the intelligence community, completely ignoring that the Trump administration has done this from day 1. Trump fired anyone not appointed by him, or the ones he did appoint, but didn’t do what he wanted, until he found people willing to do whatever Trump wants.

A smocking gun doesn't matter.

Quote

Never believe that (fascist)s are completely unaware of the absurdity of their replies. They know that their remarks are frivolous, open to challenge. But they are amusing themselves, for it is their adversary who is obliged to use words responsibly, since he believes in words. The (fascist)s have the right to play. They even like to play with discourse for, by giving ridiculous reasons, they discredit the seriousness of their interlocutors. They delight in acting in bad faith, since they seek not to persuade by sound argument but to intimidate and disconcert. If you press them too closely, they will abruptly fall silent, loftily indicating by some phrase that the time for argument is past.
