mochi Posted December 13, 2018 Share Posted December 13, 2018 (edited) so the official poster leaked and everyone is predictably disgusted by what his design looks like it might be since then two posters leaked showing two RADICALLY different looks for what he's gonna look like This one and This one and everyone's arguing over which one is real I actually think the latter looks okay, so I'm hoping that's the real one edit: the latter is apparently an older promotional piece from before the casting was finished (which is why Chris Pratt is in it instead of the actor they ended up with, so while early, the latter IS real.....the question is just if Sonic's design was changed after this promo piece was made) Edited December 13, 2018 by mochi Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

The1gairon Posted March 5, 2019 Share Posted March 5, 2019 Yeah images from a recent style guide were released online yesterday and people were going ape-shit over em. ... most of them weren't aware that these were actually PAINTINGS done in a digital program in place of a CG model (I can tell, I have to do some like that for work). This, along with how you never see Sonic's full face yet in promo material, makes me think they aren't done building the CG model yet.
