Little as in standard loli age, or little as in teenage but not yet 18?

Even then, it's not like arranged marriages like that are uncommon or anything, at least in worlds with spare technological presence like One Piece.

Also, consider the source, Mochi.  Lol.

And yeah the arranged marriage thing is not uncommon in such settings.

Sanji didn't screw her though. i feel like people are lumping various perversions in with each other and that doesn't seem right.

masturbating adults in a porno theater

sexless arranged marriages for political alliances in fiction set during the 16th century

artists drawing copious amounts of smutty art on their personal time

dying from auto-erotic asphyxiation

are all not nearly as bad as child pornography or harassing underage girls

kinda just bad timing on Oda's part but some people in the One Piece Fandom are upset now because

it's been revealed that this woman,

who's supposed to Marry Sanji, is actually a little girl

She's in no way a little girl. She's 17 or 16 at the very least. I'm not sure why you're saying she's below that, since her immediate younger sibling is explicitly stated to be 15. Her fiance is 21, which is a bit on the older side in comparison, but considering that her family practically walked out of Game of Thrones, it's not a huge creep factor.

I can only imagine Viz will not resume the publication here, but who the hell knows.

Hard to say if they will, but I agree with you that they probably won't.  His conviction is probably going to overshadow a lot of his work in the west now, so I can't imagine Viz would want to touch it anymore.

Which, in its own way, is a point in itself. Ignorance is bliss. As long as you never know about the shady shit, it can't affect your perception of what it may have influenced. Re: previous discussion of separating art from artist and enjoying the work despite more intimate knowledge of the creator. As long as fans or anyone potentially interested don't go digging that far, it won't have quite so huge an impact as the pessimists would suggest.
