No he wasn't.if he was then tsunade should brought that up when she first met naruto in the original naruto instead of waiting to announced it in ahippude just before naruto undergoes sage training.jiraiya too. I'm not sure what you're saying. Are you saying the child of prophecy thing was made up after the fact? Because the whole show we've been told how "special" (lol) Naruto is. Besides, the Nine Tails thing was a kept a secret from him, too. Actually, hasn't the way it's been stated that they didn't realize Naruto was the child of prophecy?
